Trump’s Victory Should Not Obfuscate Election Fraud

By Doug Steil | Aletho News | November 9, 2016

As luck would have it Hillary Clinton’s landslide loss was so big that massive election fraud by Democratic Party operatives in various cities could not overcome her deficit.

The “shock” by insiders of having lost obviously reflects their earlier certainty of prevailing, which hints at the extent of their vote rigging schemes. The unverifiable system of voting in America is so flawed that foreign observers are now being blocked from monitoring US elections. The topic of fraud can no longer be swept under the rug.

Surely Clinton and the media will try to make a big deal of having “received more votes” than Trump in the popular vote total, which according to the current tabulation has already occurred, with an even higher differential to come once West Coast state results are all counted.

Those inside the DC Beltway and within elite campuses will claim that this is “unfair” and that Hillary really “should have won”.

However, this assertion should be vociferously challenged. Surely this surplus is artificial. Is it really possible that so many Americans would have ignored the prospect of going to war with Russia?

The question needs to be raised publicly: How many hundreds of thousand votes were switched from Trump to Clinton altogether and how many invalid (illegal) votes were registered for her?

Aside from that — assuming all the votes were legitimate — the electoral college system is intended to prevent, say, a concentration of votes in urban centers to the detriment of rural voters across the country. As is the case in Maine and Nebraska, voters in individual states can decide how to allocate their electoral votes, so it doesn’t have to be a winner-take-all system.

It is a tribute to the designers of the US Constitution that the Electoral College mechanism still exists. It’s almost as if though they might also have already suspected long ago that there could be illicit efforts in the future to change an election outcome simply by stuffing the ballots in a few locations. The indirect US electoral system has saved the country from a big crisis brought on by election fraud. Instead of changing the Constitution future election reforms should focus on making vote fraud impossible or extremely difficult to carry out.

  1. I have 4 suggestions. If we are going to continue to use electronic voting machines, 1. They must all have the capability to print out a receipt, so that each voter has documented proof of how they voted, and that it was recorded accurately. 2. Mandatory photo ID. 3. Mandatory video taping of all vote counting. And 4. To prevent the party hacks who work in elections offices having the exclusive responsibility to count votes, prior to each election, summons should be issued, just like for jury duty, to get a diverse and independent pool of citizens to count our votes. Not a 100% fool proof system, but a much more accountable system would thereby result, compared to the one we have now.

    • Very good ideas, especially voter ID.

    • I think issuing a unique number to the voter to use during voting that they then can look up the results on a national database to see if their vote was changed. I agree that video recording of voting (not showing who they vote for) of all voters will help to control voter fraud. Make sure to time stamp the video so we can correlate the possible fraud to the person voting, ballot stuffing, voting multiple times, rigging machines, etc.

  2. Thanks a lot for writing about the most important issue to come out of this election.

It’s a miracle that Trump won because the Democrat Party has engaged in MASSIVE vote fraud to enable the current state of affairs of Clinton leading in the popular vote nationwide. Here is the current tally:

    http://www.foxnews.com/politics/elections/2016/presidential-election-headquarters

With just over two-thirds of California’s votes counted, there is no way that Trump can now win the popular vote, since the remainder of California’s count will see him trailing by a further 1.2 million votes.

For every one of the 538 electoral votes, there are between 10,000 and 25,000 votes that were cast for Trump but were changed to votes for Clinton through vote fraud. This equates to between 5.4 million and 13.5 million votes nationwide. The USA has approximately 3,000 counties. This level of voter fraud equates to between 1,800 and 4,500 fraudulent votes per county. Each county has a population in the order of 100,000 on average and contains in the order of 50,000 registered voters on average. The levels of vote fraud I espoused only represent between 3.6% and 9% of the total votes cast on average. Therefore, it is entirely feasible that this level of vote fraud is occurring. It may even be higher.

The common denominator to all of this vote fraud is the Democrat Party. The criminal culture of the Democrat Party, which has now been proven, is the reason that systemic vote fraud like this can occur right across the country.

Does anybody really believe that Trump failed to gain a majority in the popular vote when his campaign rallies had much higher attendance than Clinton’s and when activity on his Facebook page from his supporters was much higher than activity on Clinton’s Facebook page?

    • I was astounded that Trump did not get the popular vote when Hillary was drawing 200-500 people (of course the main stream media obfuscated that fact by cloning crowds in the background shots) and Trump was drawing 30,000 people to some of his rallies.

      • Hi Kevin

Just imagine all of those districts where the Democrats beat the Republicans by a small margin in this election just passed. In many instances, that small margin was due to vote fraud. So the Democrats are going to end up with many representatives in Congress as a result of this fraud – a much higher number than if they hadn’t cheated. When it comes time to debate and vote on things like voter identification at the ballot box in Congress, the Democrats will have a larger number of representatives to oppose these necessary measures than if they hadn’t cheated. Imagine how long this has been going on for.

  3. Because of our voting by secret ballot, voter fraud is invited.
The answer to this is to vote by open cry at the voting site where partisan observers could witness the votes.
Otherwise use recorded votes with the voter’s name appended.
Why would you want your vote to be secret.

    • > Why would you want your vote to be secret

      Because: voter intimidation!

Secret ballots are a foundational principle of any successful democracy.

What needs to end is the use of electronic voting machines that run on Windows, and are easily hacked (by design, according to some accounts) and voting machines that don’t retain a paper trail of printouts, or that can’t be verified as producing receipts that were printed accurately at the time of voting. This burial of data is also by design.

Also, did anyone notice that *every single one* of the news stories of ‘miscalibrated’ voting machines switching votes mentioned that they were switching votes for republicants to votes for democrats? There’s no way that happens by chance.

Many other countries around the world just use paper ballots handled under basic security rules (no allowing election staff to work in secret behind closed doors, for example, as happens in US elections) with the ballots being retained for recount purploses- and they actually spend less money!

    • I agree with Les Crane. The only foolproof way to prevent voter fraud is to publish the manner in which everybody voted and allow everybody to have access to this information so that everybody can audit it – so that anybody who wants to audit it, can audit it.

When people vote, they need to be given evidence of the manner in which they voted (such as an official printout) so that they can later check the published voting results to ensure that their vote has been accurately recorded.

As far as identification at the ballot box, there is a need for an identity card at the state level (which is probably safer than the federal level) which doesn’t contain any biometric or electronic information. That is to say, the identity card mustn’t contain a microchip. It would simply have a photo of the holder and state their identification number, their name, address, date of birth and gender. It should be updated annually.

  5. I haven’t heard even a hint of a major correction of the voting system being in the works the next four years. What have I missed? This should be high on “the list” for the next administration to address.
