US violates UN law by threatening Iran

Iran’s envoy to the UN nuclear watchdog says the US nuclear policy which allows the use of nuclear arms against Tehran is a clear violation of the UN Charter.
Speaking on Monday, Ali-Asghar Soltanieh called on the UN Security Council (UNSC) to deal with the US violations.
The US Nuclear Posture Review (NPR) purportedly restricts the use of its nuclear arms against most non-atomic states, except Iran and North Korea, which are accused by the US of seeking nuclear weapons.
Soltanieh also said the outcome of the upcoming Nuclear Security Summit in Washington is not binding as only a limited number of countries have been invited.
Unlike North Korea, Iran is a signatory to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT). Tehran has stressed that its nuclear program is only for the civilian applications of the technology.
The UN nuclear watchdog has, in many reports, declared that there is no evidence of military objectives in Iran’s nuclear program.
“According to international laws, any threat to use nuclear weapons against other countries … is against the UN Charter, the [International Atomic Energy] Agency’s regulations and international laws,” ISNA quoted Soltanieh as saying.
“The UN Security Council should act swiftly and deal with the US violations in this regard.”
Later on Monday, US President Barack Obama was to open the nuclear security summit which is being attended by the leaders of 46 other countries. Iran is not represented at the conference.
“The outcome of the Washington conference is already known. Any decision taken at the meeting is not binding on those countries which are not represented at the conference,” Soltanieh said.
The Iranian envoy said the NPR proves Washington’s unreliability on the nuclear arms issue, adding that the new US policy shows that the nuclear-armed power is in fact a big threat to international peace.

Contrary to common opinion in the United States, war is not inevitable. Nor has it always been with us. War is a human invention — an organized, deliberate action of an anti-social kind — and in the long span of human life on Earth, a fairly recent one. For more than 99 percent of the time that humans have lived on this planet, most of them have never made war. Many languages don’t even have a word for it. Turn off CNN and read anthropology. You’ll see.
What’s more, war is obsolete. Most nations don’t make war anymore, except when coerced by the United States to join some spurious ‘coalition.’ The earth is so small, and our time here so short. No other nation on the planet makes war as often, as long, as forcefully, as expensively, as destructively, as wastefully, as senselessly, or as unsuccessfully as the United States. No other nation makes war its business.

Who’s going to stand up to a rogue nation with nuclear weapons and dictator puppets who do exactly what their military industrial complex handlers tell them to do (for fear of having their brains blown out by them!)???
Two invasions, more than 1.5 million ‘dead’ and counting, and an incessant litany of Drone Murders in Pakistan and Afghanistan, as well as airstrikes that indiscriminately MURDER innocent men, women and children, and not one word in the UNITED NATIONS about any of this.
The U.S.S.A. is a ‘rogue’ and ‘out of control’ bellicose and belligerent super-power that observes NO LAWS, and respects NO NATION’S SOVEREIGNTY, and does whatever it wants. It even has a new puppet that says he has the right to ASSASSINATE his nation’s citizenry wherever they may be, either in the U.S.S.A., or elsewhere, without any regard for DUE PROCESS UNDER THE LAW.
so, I ask; “which LAW would such a nation abide by, if any??”

Israeli desire to get the US to attack Iran using the ‘nuclear weapons’ lie is due to Hizbullah’s successful defense of south Lebanon, and particularly the Litani River.
Israel is acting with the misunderstanding that Hizbullah will collapse without Iran, and so enable Israeli expansion northwards and a new fresh water supply.

It bans U.S. economic, and military assistance, and export credits to countries that deliver or receive, acquire or transfer nuclear enrichment technology when they do not comply with IAEA regulations and inspections. This provision, as amended, is now also contained in Section 101 of the Arms Export Control Act (AECA).
The Glenn Amendment (Section 670) was later adopted in 1977, and provided the same sanctions against countries that acquire or transfer nuclear reprocessing technology or explode or transfer a nuclear device. This provision, as amended, is now contained in Section 102 of the Arms Export Control Act (AECA).
