The 19 Senators Who Voted To Censor The Internet

This is hardly a surprise but, this morning (as previously announced), the lame duck Senate Judiciary Committee unanimously voted to move forward with censoring the internet via the COICA bill — despite a bunch of law professors explaining to them how this law is a clear violation of the First Amendment. What’s really amazing is that many of the same Senators have been speaking out against internet censorship in other countries, yet they happily vote to approve it here because it’s seen as a way to make many of their largest campaign contributors happy. There’s very little chance that the bill will actually get passed by the end of the term but, in the meantime, we figured it might be useful to highlight the 19 Senators who voted to censor the internet this morning:

This should be a list of shame. You would think that our own elected officials would understand the First Amendment but, apparently, they have no problem turning the US into one of the small list of authoritarian countries that censors internet content it does not like (in this case, content some of its largest campaign contributors do not like). We already have laws in place to deal with infringing content, so don’t buy the excuse that this law is about stopping infringement. This law takes down entire websites based on the government’s say-so. First Amendment protections make clear that if you are going to stop any specific speech, it has to be extremely specific speech. This law has no such restrictions. It’s really quite unfortunate that these 19 US Senators are the first American politicians to publicly vote in favor of censoring speech in America.

Ann Jones’ new book, They Were Soldiers: How the Wounded Return from America’s Wars: The Untold Story, is devastating, and almost incomprehensibly so when one considers that virtually all of the death and destruction in U.S. wars is on the other side. Statistically, what happens to U.S. troops is almost nothing. In human terms, it’s overwhelming.
Know a young person considering joining the military? Give them this book.
Know a person not working to end war? Give them this book.
Jones presents the choice before us in the clearest terms in the introduction:
Contrary to common opinion in the United States, war is not inevitable. Nor has it always been with us. War is a human invention — an organized, deliberate action of an anti-social kind — and in the long span of human life on Earth, a fairly recent one. For more than 99 percent of the time that humans have lived on this planet, most of them have never made war. Many languages don’t even have a word for it. Turn off CNN and read anthropology. You’ll see.
What’s more, war is obsolete. Most nations don’t make war anymore, except when coerced by the United States to join some spurious ‘coalition.’ The earth is so small, and our time here so short. No other nation on the planet makes war as often, as long, as forcefully, as expensively, as destructively, as wastefully, as senselessly, or as unsuccessfully as the United States. No other nation makes war its business.

The call to abolish the US Senate has never been more justified and urgent! These are liberal lawyers, and nonetheless war criminals many times over.
The senate is disproportionate, most are narcissistic dilettantes bucking for the presidency.
None of them are worthy of respect, and neither is the office itself, it has been disgraced chronically and this is another totally despotic act of wanton High Treason who deserve indictments, convictions and execution under due process of law!
And I know from where I speak very well, which I do not want to discuss other than to say my record on the hill is better than any sitting Member of Congress.
BTW, my rage applies to the Executive Branch and US Supreme Court too. I am adamantly opposed to the republic as a form of governance without a doubt and you will join the burial of the rotten public enemy, and be midwives in the birth of a new nation under laws made by popular vote in lieu of handing that power insanely to politicians.

I am advocating Pure Democracy, where we voting nationally to make the public policy decisions and our public laws by direct popular vote.
A republic is to replace the public with ‘representative government’ a centralization of power in the hands of the few, who work for the few with most of wealth, therefore by definition a plutocracy – rule by wealth.
Propositions in the form of initiatives and referenda were on the ballot this month in 37 states, what I am calling for activist be bring to fruition is taking it to the national level and ending the wars of aggression, repealing the Patriot act, enacting a great medical program, and otherwise reversing US imperialism and re-concentration of wealth.
Congress, the court, and white house has again proven to be despotic conspirators in repressing public dissent and demands for social justice and upholding our Rights. To attack the Internet is to attack Freedom of the Press, prohibited by the First Amendment. The republic has impeached itself as an enemy of the constitution, which was immediately amended with the addition of The Bill of Rights. The 9th & 10th supersede all and anything preceding it, meaning Article I, Section I and therefore, as the states have to be in compliance with the US Constitution, the people who voted for propositions in 37 states on November 2nd, were exercising a Right and Power based on those amendments that are sacrosanct.
The issue is the arrogant mercenary betrayal of our Right to open use of this free press. Copyright is a bullshit excuse, they are trying to hold down valid criticism of their wars, giving trillions to bankers, and continue covering up for Israel on 9/11.

Isn’t limiting the 1st amendment rights a violation of the Constitution, and of the 1st amendment, and thus illegal and a crime against the Constitution?
If this is the case then these 19 Senators criminals, and fit for removal from the Senate, or at least fit for being prosecuted by the DoJ and the Courts……

Where are the Article of Impeachment for Obama of torture, assassinations, and covering-up on 9/11 and the looting the country as a Robin Hood in reverse, taking from the many struggling to eat and keep a roof over their families head; to the greater enrichment upper 2% with cutbacks in Social Security and Food Stamps!
Obama is a fascist imperialist war criminal, in fact the whole executive branch is, and the congress by omission and commission to uphold the ‘checks and balances’ of power by going along with the president creating commissions to replace the legislative process on extending the tax brake for the top 2% with 75% of the national income.

Interesting arithmetic – the incredible numbers
Have a look at a typical account by one of the seemingly endless number of survivors: Olga Lengyel’s Five Chimneys: a woman survivor’s true story of Auschwitz (Granada/ Ziff-Davis, 1947, 1972).
According to Lengyel, ‘After June, 1943, the gas chamber was reserved exclusively for Jews and Gypsies.. Three hundred and sixty corpses every half-hour, which was all the time it took to reduce human flesh to ashes, made 720 per hour, or 17,280 corpses per twenty-four hour shift. And the ovens, with murderous efficiency, functioned day and night. However, one must also reckon the death pits, which could destroy another 8,000 cadavers a day. In round numbers, about 24,000 corpses were handled each day. An admirable production record, one that speaks well for German industry.’ (Paperback edition, pp80-81). [No trace of any remains of or in ‘death pits’ has been found.]
This implies almost 100,000 corpses per four working days, or a million in 40 days, or six million in 240 days (eight months). Notice the bald precision of the figures without any explanation, the utter confidence in the reader’s credulity.
The blurb on the cover of the book quotes the New York Herald-Tribune: “Passionate, tormenting”. Albert Einstein, the promoter of the US construction of the bombs used at Hiroshima and Nagasaki, is quoted as offering “You have done a real service by letting the ones who are now silent and most forgotten speak.”
Could this claim be a misprint?
Kitty Hart, in spite of her name a Jewish survivor born in Poland, fully confirms these figures:
‘Working around the clock, the four units together could dispose of about 18,000 bodies every twenty-four hours, while the open pits coped with a further 8,000 in the same period.’ (p 118; Return to Auschwitz – paperback edition by Granada (1981, 1983).
According to the cover blurb, ‘The subject of the award-winning Yorkshire television documentary of the same name.’ ‘Both engaging and harrowing…an important addition to the growing holocaust literature, very little of which conveys so courageously both the daily torment and the will to survive’ – Martin Gilbert, The Times.

Elie Wiesel vs Encyclopaedia Britannica
Wiesel has been one of the most prominent spokesmen for the very sizable group of people known as Holocaust survivors. Wiesel has chaired the US Holocaust Memorial Council and has been the recipient of a Congressional Gold Medal and Nobel Peace Prize..
Time Magazine, March 18 1985:
‘How had he survived two of the most notorious killing fields [Auschwitz and Buchenwald] of the century? “I will never know” Wiesel says. “I was always weak. I never ate. The slightest wind would turn me over. In Buchenwald they sent 10,000 to their deaths every day. I was always in the last hundred near the gate. They stopped. Why?”
Compare this with Encyclopaedia Britannica (1993), under ‘Buchenwald’:
“In World War II it held about 20,000 prisoners.. Although there were no gas chambers, hundreds perished monthly through disease, malnutrition, exhaustion, beatings and executions.”

I’ve checked out the six volumes of Churchill’s Second World War – not a single mention of Nazi ‘gas chambers,’ a ‘genocide’ of the Jews, or of ‘six million’ Jewish victims of the war.
Eisenhower’s Crusade in Europe is a book of 559 pages; Churchill’s Second World War totals 4,448 pages; and De Gaulle’s three-volume Mémoires de guerre is 2,054 pages.
In this mass of writing, which altogether totals 7,061 pages (not including the introductory parts), published from 1948 to 1959, one will find no mention either of Nazi ‘gas chambers,’ a ‘genocide’ of the Jews, or of ‘six million’ Jewish victims of the war.

Sixty-five years ago, infamous Auschwitz doctor Josef Mengele removed Yitzhak Ganon’s kidney without anesthesia. The Greek-born Jew swore never to see a doctor again — until a heart attack last month brought his horrific tale into the open.
Ganon had to lie down on a table and was tied down. Without any anesthetics, Mengele cut him open and removed his kidney. “I saw the kidney pulsing in his hand and cried like a crazy man,” Ganon says. “I screamed the ‘Shema Yisrael.’ I begged for death, to stop the suffering.”
After the “operation,” he had to work in the Auschwitz sewing room without painkillers.

Rosenblat had been promised a comfortable retirement on the proceeds of his late-flowering career as a memoirist, and his claim that he was only trying to spread a little hope with his story fell on deaf ears.”

James Forrestal the first US Secretary of Defense (1947-1949) quotes him as saying “Chamberlain (the British Prime Minister) stated that America and the world Jews had forced England into the war”. Demything Zion – Professor Arthur Butz
Arthur Butz MSc (MIT), PhD (Minnesota), professor of electrical engineering and computer science at Northwestern University in Illinois, wrote a groundbreaking technical and historical analysis and refutation in his book The Hoax of the Twentieth Century (1977).
He gives a wonderful example of the seemingly endless contradictions and ironies evident throughout the entire ‘official’ historiography of the Holocaust.
He quotes Martin Gilbert’s ‘long and copiously annotated study’ Auschwitz and the Allies:
‘Between May 1942 and June 1944, almost none of the messages reaching the west had referred to Auschwitz as the destination of Jewish deportees, or as a killing centre. Nor had the name of Auschwitz made any impression on those who were building up what they believed to be an increasingly comprehensive picture of the fate of the Jews.’ (p 340).
He compares this with the contention of Walter Lacquer in his ‘shorter but also copiously annotated study’ called The Terrible Secret (1980). Lacquer explains that mass exterminations at Auschwitz could not have been concealed, noting that Auschwitz was a ‘veritable archipelago’, that ‘Auschwitz inmates.. were, in fact, dispersed all over Silesia, and.. met with thousands of people’, that ‘hundreds of civilian employees .. worked at Auschwitz’, and that ‘journalists travelled in the General Government [German-controlled Poland] and were bound to hear’, etc. (Lacquer p22-25).
Butz says, ‘I have no quarrel with such observations, as I have made them myself, and on the basis of essentially the same considerations [Butz (1977) pp87f, 92ff].. ..Now the reader of Gilbert, Lacquer and Butz can make a very simple determination. He is being told that (a) in the period May 1942 to June 1944, those interested in such matters had no information of mass gassings at Auschwitz and (b) mass exterminations at Auschwitz could not have been concealed from the world for any significant length of time. The reader.. should assume both claims to be true: There was no information of mass gassings at Auschwitz during the relevant period, and mass gassings could not have been kept secret. Therefore, there were no mass exterminations at Auschwitz.’ (Butz, Context and Perspective in the ‘Holocaust’ Controversy, in the Journal of Historical Review Winter 1982 pp385-386.).

THE ‘INCORRECT’ SIX MILLION
Alexander Solzhenitsyn in a speech in Washington in 1975 had this to say of the Soviet system which was deemed worthy of recognition as one of ‘our’ Allies fighting ‘for Democracy’ against the ‘Dictators’ in WW2:
“This was a system which, in time of peace, artificially created a famine causing SIX MILLION PERSONS to die in the Ukraine between 1932 and 1933. They died on the very threshold of Europe. And Europe and the world didn’t even notice it. SIX MILLION PERSONS!” (Alexander Solzhenitsyn Speaks to the West (1978) p 16)
Why are these people and their fate generally unknown in western countries?
Roosevelt’s ally Joseph Stalin was supreme dictator of Russia for almost a quarter of a century, from 1929 until his death in 1953. Soviet Russia under Stalin was a despotic police state that relied on internal espionage and terror.
Stalin’s first Five-Year Plan, before WW2, sought to bring about the ‘collectivization of agriculture’ in accordance with Marx’s Communist Manifesto. When Communism was imposed on Russia, the small farmers known as kulaks, as private property owners, stood in the way. In 1929 Stalin called for ‘the liquidation of the kulaks’, and their small family farms, animals, implements and crops were declared to belong to the state. “Trotsky, Zinoviev and Kamenev (all Jews) had always argued that the peasant would never surrender enough food voluntarily and must, if need be, crushed” (Paul Johnson A History of the Modern World (1983) p 268). The army and secret police were used to enforce the policy. All peasants who resisted were treated with violence – an enormous number were killed or sent to exile in remote areas in the frozen north or the desert steppes. Rather than give up their animals, many peasants killed and ate them. As a result, the number of farm animals in the Soviet Union was catastrophically reduced. The peasants stopped farming.
After a while, the cities started running out of food. Orders were given for grain to be confiscated from the peasants. Those caught trying to reserve food for their families were ‘severely dealt with’. By the winter of 1932-3, virtually no food was left in the countryside. By early March 1933, ‘death on a mass scale really began’. The main farming areas of Russia, particularly in the Ukraine, were utterly devastated. It was a time of great and terrible hunger, a catastrophic man-made famine.
Eugene Lyons was sent to Russia in 1928 as United Press chief correspondent. Arriving as an enthusiastic communist, he experienced the catastrophe at first hand. He described the ‘famine’ in his book Assignment in Utopia (1937):
“Hell broke loose in seventy thousand Russian villages.. A population as large as all of Switzerland’s was stripped clean of all their belongings.. They were herded with bayonets at railroad stations, packed indiscriminately into cattle cars and freight cars and dumped weeks later in the lumber regions of the frozen North, the deserts of central Asia, wherever labor was needed, there to live or die..”.
The famine alone is estimated conservatively to have caused 6 million deaths, almost half of them children. Other millions died from the killings and sickness as a result of the deportations.
Lyons, himself Jewish, credits the Jewish commissar Lazar Kaganovich with the major portion of responsibility for this major crime against humanity:
“Lazar Kaganovich… it was his iron hand that applied Bolshevik mercilessness.” (Lyons, p 578). The Encyclopaedia Britannica says tersely, “(Kaganovich) was one of the small group of Stalin’s top advisors pushing for very high rates of collectivization after 1929.. Within the Politburo, Kaganovich.. led the opposition to Kirov’s proposed concessions to the peasantry and to his attempts to relax the harshness of Stalin’s control..”
Kaganovich died at the ripe old age of 98 in 1991 (Encl. Brit.), ethnically safe from pursuit by the Israeli secret service, the Simon Wiesenthal organization and the New York media-intelligentsia. Shhhh!!!

1913…the year the 16th AND 17th Amendments were passed! Considering how difficult it is to pass an Amendment to the Constitution, might these two have been the precursors to the eventual dissolution of our Republic? Enslave the people with a labor tax and destroy the independence, and will, of the various States by removing their “representatives”!
Technically speaking, these people will have a pretty rough time trying to “censor” the internet. The key here is “DNS”…remember that acronym…it’ll help you to discover just how ignorant these politicians really are! Also, has anyone of them ever heard of anonymous proxy servers? I use several that allow me to anonymously surf the internet…and my ISP has no idea where I’m going as it’s all encrypted from my computer to the anonymous proxy server (based in several different countries). They can see the traffic I’m generating, but they’re clueless as to what’s going on as it’s all encrypted!

It is interesting to note that the majority of the Senators voting to take away our free speech are not only Jewish but Zionists and Isaeli firsters as well. Why does the Jewish community want to cut off the internet? Simple; it is the internet that has unmasked the crimes against humanity that Israel has committed against the Palestians. It is the Internet that has allowed the world to plainly see that Israel was involved directly with 9-11. It is the internet that told us that the Israelis stole nuclear weapons grade plutonium in the 1960’s to jumpstart the nuclear weapons program. And of course good old Uncle Sam has been caught lying, cheating, stealing, toturing, murdering etc., and documented on the Internet the FEDS want the internet shut off as well. This is not just fascist-it is flat out illegal and unconstitutional.

Try this one as well. Put out a bill to LOWER the election deposit for candidates who wish to run for any level of government to $USD1.00 from whatever it currently is.
Then see which senators support or not support this bill which will make running for election an equally respected right as that to VOTE.
You will also immediately identify the PLUTOCRATS among the entire Senate and in Parliament. This is a kind of acid test to weed out the parasites from those truly serving America.
Then the other bill to test them would be to require all Senators, Governors, Mayors etc. who have declared assets of more than USD$20 million and above to STOP taking salaries.
See who ratifies and who does not.

Well I am surprised that my Senator voted to censor the itnernet and I will be sure to remember this in the future. The internet belongs to the world and parents need to censor their own children. The internet is not a babysitter anymore than a movie theatre is. Also , if the politicians cant stand the heat in the kitchen, they need to get out!!!!

Well, I see that JOhn Coryn,( who I think wants to run for president eventually, most likely, imo,) voted for this diasterous, dastardly, unconstitutional, food safety bill. I will remember his vote, when his next election takes place.
