  1. Yeah, that’s basically it. Britain couldn’t care less about the Palestinians, adding to the appalling conduct of the “British Empire” all around the World. And the New American Empire, have learned their lessons well. Calling themselves “The World’s Policeman” while ignoring the massive injustice, which they could fix tomorrow, if they showed some courage, in the face of their masters, Israel.

  2. Great condensed version of reality and microcosmic depiction of the Nakba and the land grab.

I can’t help but feel a little frustrated that we need to present this story with white Europeans – certainly to make it possible for Europeans with little empathy to be able to identify with the injustice.
However, isn’t this precisely what the Zionists do; present European spokes people who speak with US or UK accents – just like us? (Mark Regev for example)
Similarly with those allowed to speak out against Israel. I’m sure readers here are familiar witth Noam Chomsky, Illan Pappe, Shlomo Sand and Gilad Atzmon. Who can name four Palestinian political activists outside of Ramzy Baroud.

The identity of the Palestinians is continually obfuscated – even by the sincerest of historians and supporters of their plight. In the worst case they are vilified ethnically and racially by the Zionists on the other they are faded to a cameo as others speak on their behalf.

Why is it so difficult for European and US citizens to understand the injustice and tragedy experienced by other peoples? Why do we have to wait till the body bags of our own troops come home before being angered by the futility of war and violence? Why is it so difficult for us to humbly listen?

  3. This happening in Britain, British people are being evicted from their property by unscrupulous agents of the state and finance setting up ‘default events’ just so that immigrants can take over. The British are now in the same scenario as the Palestinians were in 1948. Do not wait and see, open your eyes now before it is too late. Ism surprised you didn’t show a Muslim family taking over!
